At POSESTAR TALENT LIMITED, we are committed to providing high-quality services, including UGC Video Production, TikTok Live Presenter Services, Advertisement Services, and Website Development. We believe in fairness and transparency when it comes to our refund process.

General Policy

We do not have any non-refundable services. Your satisfaction is our priority. If we are unable to deliver the agreed service within the specified timeline or fail to provide the service altogether, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Specific Terms

✅ UGC Video Production:
If we fail to deliver your UGC video as per the agreed scope of work, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of your refund request.

✅ TikTok Live Presenter Service:
If the TikTok live session does not take place as promised due to our failure, you will receive a full refund within 30 days.

✅ Advertisement Services:
If we are unable to launch, deliver, or execute the agreed advertisement campaign, we will provide a full refund within 30 days.

✅ Website Development:
If we fail to deliver your website according to the agreed specifications and timeline, you will receive a full refund within 30 days.

  • Your full name and contact information

  • The service purchased

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for refund request

All refund requests will be processed within 30 days of confirmation.

If you wish to cancel any of our services, including but not limited to:

You must provide us with a minimum of 30 days written notice.

Contractual Agreement

This 30-day cancellation policy is clearly outlined in all service contracts. By signing the contract, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Refund Eligibility Upon Cancellation

If you have paid for services beyond the 30-day notice period and we have not yet delivered those services, you will be eligible for a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of the services beyond the notice period.
